We are currently seeking a Chef for a client near Bude on a permanent basis. Our client serves traditional pub food with an emphasis on homemade dishes and using local and seasonal produce.
The successful individual will be working to our clients menu and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, whilst ensuring the highest standard and quality of service is being consistently delivered.
The ideal candidate will be hard working, have a professional approach, be keen and have plenty of enthusiasm. Previous Sous Chef experience required with a passion for food.
The role will involve working Tuesday to Saturday on lunch and dinner service. The successful candidate will have Monday’s and Sunday’s off and also Friday lunch service.
Salary of up to £25,000 per year.
This is a permanent role and our client is looking for someone to start around the 18th February.
