Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator for our well respected local client.

Desirable but not Essential Experience

  • Previous experience of performing Sales administration activities including quotation processing, Sales order entry and invoicing
  • A proven track record of working to deadlines and ensure all clients requests and orders are processed accurately and on time
  • Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service over Email and Telephone.
  • Experience using ERP / MRP software packages.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a team and be able work with different departments in order to ensure all customer queries are taken care of and that the sales process flows as smoothly as possible.

    Ideally the candidate should be able to think on their feet and utilise strong problem-solving skills as no one query or invoice are the same.

    The candidate should have strong organisation skills including time management in order to work efficiently while also being able to self-review their work to ensure minimal errors.

    Strong communication skills are required including spelling and grammar to ensure all communications sent on behalf of the company are professional and succinct.

    Furthermore, a key part of the job is the use of IT and hence the candidate should be IT literate and have experience of the Microsoft office applications (Word & Outlook).

    Desirable but not Essential :

    Knowledge of the standard sales process and other general business knowledge.

    Previous use of 123Insight MRP or similar software.
