Job Description

Customer Service Advisor needed for our Launceston based client.

Role will be on a part time basis with roughly 20-25 hours per week

The role will include:

  • Supporting the Sales Manager in efficiently responding to customer sales enquiries in a timely manner, pricing and quoting in accordance with Sales Management instruction.
  • Supporting the Sales Manager with entering orders onto the system and placing purchase orders as and when required with our supply chain.
  • Supporting the Customer Services Manager by receiving customer calls, responding to complaints, processing customer requests and dealing with correspondence.

Other role requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Polite and friendly interpersonal skills.
  • Have solid knowledge of computers, be able to work with new software.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Be able to work without supervision.
  • Administratively organised and numerate.
  • Attention to detail.

Days and hours of work

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

8:30am – 5pm

Flexible working hours can be accommodated for the appropriate candidate

Pay rate to be £10.50 per hour to be paid weekly
