Salary: £14.00 per hour

Job Type: Permanent, part time, full time, adaptable. Minimum 25.5hrs

We are currently seeking a charismatic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. Job Description: As part of an expanding team, you will play a vital role in ensuring manufacturing areas have access to vital information, providing exceptional support to both our internal teams and external customers. Maintain accurate business system information and ensure timely logging and updates to drawings, process records and other relevant and important documents involved within daily activity of the manufacturing areas.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Managing order-related queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with the warehouse and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our business system and general data entry tasks.
  • Assisting in managing stock levels and inventory control with our warehousing.
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer enquiries and concerns with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge of our products and services.
  • Saving updating and editing of manufacturing drawings
  • Creation of process flows through the factory.
  • Ensuring business system information is correct and reviewed routinely.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in using, Microsoft Office 365, experience in using time management software i.e. Monday, Asana, Trello. Previous experience of using a manufacturing business system would be beneficial.
  • Excellent phone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with colleagues across different departments.
  • Great stakeholder management skills in a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience in using some MRP or ERP software
  • Applicants must have some experience in a manufacturing environment.
