We are currently seeking a PA / Secretary for a client based in Camelford.
The main duties will involve assisting the Site Director with their daily business tasks combined with some reception duties. High levels of confidentiality required.
The successful candidate must –
• Be a confident note taker
• Be highly personable and engaging with excellent customer service skills
• Have excellent organisation and communication skills
• Be enthusiastic and motivated
• Be PC literate and have a good working knowledge of Powerpoint, Word and Excel
Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8am – 4pm (there is some flexibility with regards to start and finish times)
Salary dependant on experience
Temporary/FTC but may lead to a permanent position
