Job Description

We are currently recruiting an experienced Sales Order Processing Assistant to join our clients Sales Admin team.

Your role will be the daily processing of sales invoices and other associated documents to ensure a smooth sales process for our clients customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales Order Entry
  • Raising Despatch Notes
  • Raising Sales Invoices
  • Telephone call handling
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Raising Quotes
  • Other general office duties

Contract

Permanent – Full Time

Hours

Full Time – 36.75 hours per week

Salary and Benefits

Starting salary £17,500 – £19,000 DOE

Benefits: Flexible working hours, Contributory pension scheme and Profit-share based bonus scheme
