The Temporary Worker is able to Opt back in to the Working Time Regulations by submitting a written request to the Agency.

In accordance with the Ethical Trade Initiative the Agency will not allow a Temporary worker to work more than 60hrs in any 7 day period, irrespective of whether the Temporary Worker has opted out of the Working Time Regulations or not.
